Shipping & Returns

· Refrigerated goods will be sent using our cold chain service at a fee of £10 per shipment.

· Orders above £250 in value will be eligible for free delivery to UK Mainland practices. (Exceptions are addresses in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and all other overseas destinations)

· Any damages must be reported within 48hrs of delivery.

· In the event of stock shortages beyond our control, we reserve the right to refund but do not undertake to complete the order.

Returns Policy

· All returns must be processed within 5 days, including transportation.

· All carriage charges must be paid for by the customer.

· A ‘Returns Form’ will need to be completed by the customer.

· Confirmation will be required that storage has been as per the manufacturer’s requirements on the SPC

· Products must be in original packaging, have no labels applied and be in resaleable condition.

· We do not accept returns for refrigerated medicinal products

Procedure for Reporting Damage

· Damages must be reported within 28 hours of receipt · Photographs should be taken in situ and emailed to info@vetsonic.com

Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Vetsonic shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
